Fact is that the Grocery store has only a few days supply and the distributers have only a few weeks supply on hand. If this does not fit into your budget then you can always store these things yourself, for example you can get a 100 pd. bag of rice at Sams Club for $13.00, and 50 pds. of beans for about the same price.
